Qatil appears in Telepath RPG: Servants of God. He can be found on the second floor in the Black Rose HQ.
Background[]
Qatil is an enforcer of the Order of the Black Rose who is responsible for keeping the other assassins in line. He had been assigned to kill Arman long time ago, presumably without being able to do so.
Involvement[]
If Al'al doesn't accept Arman's payment or if Duvalier kills Al'al, then Qatil is sent to kill Arman after Arman distracts the Ravinale Guard during the mission to rescue Duvalier's parents from execution. Duvalier then can scan Qatil's mind for the location of Arman's body, so he and Luca can find and revive Arman. In this case, however, Arman permanently loses points of Speed and Strength.
