Frost Breath 2 (also called "frost blast 2" in Telepath RPG chapter 2) is an improved version of Frost Breath that talented Frost Spriggat can develop with skill and patience. It deals slightly more damage, but more importantly, it reaches 50% farther than ordinary Frost Breath.
