Fredrik

Fredrik is an obnoxious Red Cape at the Psy Academy. He complains to the Hero about having racked up a huge debt and getting lousy grades, but at the same time, he steadfastly refuses to study himself, or accept Hero's tutoring help, calling the Hero a "lousy black cape".
