Focusing is a technique whereby a character rests for a turn, or foregoes an attack, and thereby recoups some Psy Points. By default, moving without attacking regenerates 1 Psy Point, while not moving at all regenerates 3 Psy Points. The yellow orb can increase a non-attacking character's focus regeneration to 5 Psy Points and increase a non-moving character's focus regenertion to 10 Psy Points.
