Cryo Blast is a basic cryokinetic attack. The attacker using Cryo Blast causes the air surrounding the his to slow, dropping in temperature and forming jagged, hollow ice crystals out of moisture in the air. The attacker then launches the crystals at his target. The crystals pierce the unfortunate target then rupture, spraying the victum with jagged shards of ice and freezing water.
